北京理工大學(xué)研究生院、北京理工大學(xué)材料學(xué)院、國(guó)家阻燃材料工程技術(shù)研究中心和阻燃科學(xué)與技術(shù)國(guó)際聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)室主辦的2019年國(guó)際學(xué)術(shù)論壇，旨在打造一個(gè)討論阻燃前沿問題的平臺(tái)，誠(chéng)邀阻燃領(lǐng)域國(guó)內(nèi)外的專家及相關(guān)研究人員，探索解決阻燃關(guān)鍵問題的新想法、新概念和新辦法，就新型阻燃劑設(shè)計(jì)、膨脹阻燃新概念、聚合物阻燃新趨勢(shì)、阻燃測(cè)試分析等內(nèi)容進(jìn)行討論。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：澳大利亞南昆士蘭大學(xué)（University of Southern Queensland）教授。擔(dān)任ARC（澳大利亞研究理事會(huì)）專家院成員，亞澳復(fù)合材料協(xié)會(huì)副主席。在高分子材料/復(fù)合材料的阻燃、仿生材料、綠色水泥/混凝土、固體氧化燃料電池等方面都有著廣泛的專業(yè)研究，已在期刊發(fā)表超過(guò)200篇文章。現(xiàn)任Composites Part B: Engineering主編，Australia Journal of Mechanical Engineering編輯，和Sustainable Cement-Based Materials編委。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：法國(guó)里爾大學(xué)的國(guó)家工程化學(xué)里爾研究生院（ENSCL）的有機(jī)化學(xué)專業(yè)教授，燃燒反應(yīng)和阻燃防火課題組研究人員。她1998年在法國(guó)卡昂大學(xué)獲得有機(jī)化學(xué)的博士學(xué)位，1999年到英國(guó)劍橋大學(xué)生物技術(shù)學(xué)院做博士后，2001年作為有機(jī)化學(xué)家加入ENSCL。她主要負(fù)責(zé)ENSCL的可持續(xù)發(fā)展部門。她的研究主要集中在新型阻燃劑和生物高分子的合成，膨脹型機(jī)納米復(fù)合材料等新型阻燃聚合物材料配方開發(fā)，以及反應(yīng)擠出技術(shù)。已在同行評(píng)審期刊上發(fā)表論文30余篇，撰寫了相關(guān)編著的10個(gè)章節(jié)，在國(guó)際會(huì)議上做邀請(qǐng)報(bào)告7篇。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：法國(guó)里爾大學(xué)的國(guó)家工程化學(xué)里爾研究生院（ENSCL）阻燃學(xué)科的教授，現(xiàn)為該研究生院研究開發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)人。他1993年獲得博士學(xué)位后進(jìn)入ENSCL，1999年成為國(guó)家織物設(shè)計(jì)及工程研究生院（ENSAIT）的化學(xué)工程學(xué)科的教授，2000年成為該研究生院的研究開發(fā)負(fù)責(zé)人、織物材料及工程實(shí)驗(yàn)室的主任，2002年前往美國(guó)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)技術(shù)研究院（NIST）火安全部的材料研究組作訪問學(xué)者一年，2003年回國(guó)在國(guó)家工程化學(xué)里爾研究生院成為阻燃學(xué)科的教授。他的研究主要集中在熱塑、熱固、織物和涂層等聚合物材料的燃燒反應(yīng)及阻燃，具體包括聚合物和織物的阻燃工程，膨脹材料、金屬氫氧化物和納米復(fù)合物等新型阻燃聚合物材料配方的開發(fā)（從加工到表征），材料降解動(dòng)力學(xué)，膨脹型材料在燃燒中的裂解、傳熱和傳質(zhì)（建模和數(shù)字模擬），聚合物阻燃材料、納米復(fù)合物材料的固體核磁研究等等。已發(fā)表論文250余篇，編著6本。是Polymer for Advanced Technologies?等國(guó)際期刊編委。獲得歐洲地平線項(xiàng)目杰出人才基金項(xiàng)目。

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：Kelvin K. Shen is a consultant of Rio Tinto Minerals (former Borax/Luzenac). His last industrial position was Sr Global Market Development Manager of fire retardant in polymer industry at Rio Tinto Minerals. He holds a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and Brookhaven National Laboratory. He was a Research Fellow at Yale and Caltech, and taught at Drexel University and California State University before joining US Borax. He has worked in fire retardant research and market development for 35 years. He published many technical papers in different polymer journals, contributed many chapters in fire retardant books, and has been a regular presenter at global fire-retardant conferences.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：Dr. Jaime Grunlan is the Linda & Ralph Schmidt ’68 Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Texas A&M University. ?He obtained a B.S. in Chemistry from North Dakota State University in 1997 before getting his Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Minnesota. ?His research focuses on thermal and transport properties of nanocomposite materials, especially in the areas of thermoelectric energy generation, gas barrier and fire prevention. ?He won the NSF CAREER and 3M Untenured Faculty awards in 2007, the Dow 2009 Young Faculty Award, the 2010 Carl A. Dahlquist Award, the 2013 E. D. Brockett Professorship, 2015 Dean of Engineering Excellence Award and 2016 TEES Senior Research Fellow for his work in these areas. ?He has published over 160 journal papers and has more than 10 issued patents. He has graduated 22 PhD students and mentored more than 50 undergraduate students in his laboratory. Dr. Grunlan became an American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Fellow in 2018 and received a doctor honoris causa (honorary doctorate) from the University of South Brittany (France). He holds joint appointments in Chemistry and Materials Science and Engineering. He is an Editor for Journal of Materials Science , Associate Editor for Green Materials ?and serves on the International Advisory Board for Macromolecular Rapid Communications ?and Macromolecular Materials and Engineering .

After a post -doc stay at the University of Erlangen -Nuremberg and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), he was 2000 -2012 Professor of Chemistry at the University of Heidelberg and Head of Department at the Institute of Catalytic Research and Technology of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT). Since 2012, he has been Head of Department at Fraunhofer Institute for Operational Stability and System Reliability LBF, Plastics Division, Darmstadt. His research interests include the flame protection of polymers, the chemistry of duromer materials and composites, synthesis chemistry and green chemistry.

報(bào)告人簡(jiǎn)介：Jürgen Troitzsch gained his chemistry doctorate from Aachen Technical University and worked for 10 years on flame retardants, fire behavior of polymers and fire testing in R&D for a major chemical company.??Since, he is working worldwide as an expert with industry, associations, academic institutions, authorities, standard organizations, and is a member of national and international committees.?He has provided many studies and expert opinions, published numerous articles and reviews, and presented worldwide more than 250 papers at conferences on all aspects of fires, fire safety and testing, polymers, flame retardants and the environment.?He participates in research projects, organizes and chairs international seminars, workshops and conferences, and is the author of the “Plastics Flammability Handbook”.
